Environmental training is an important aspect of Krav Maga, as it helps students learn to adapt and defend themselves in a variety of situations and conditions.
This seminar will help you develop the skills and confidence needed to defend yourself in a beach and water environment! ?
Training will be conducted on the sand, surf and in the water. The session will be tailored for all different levels of ability
Training will include:
- Training VS reality in the water
- Differences & dangers in confrontation in the water
- Self-defence & fighting
- Striking & Counter Striking
- Defending weapons on land & sea
- Basic tactics for water fighting
- Defending the air supply
- Attacking the opponent’s air supply
