Fancy learning how to turn simple cabbage into a tangy, probiotic-rich superfood?
In this one-hour workshop, I’ll guide you step-by-step through making your own sauerkraut – a nourishing, gut-friendly ferment that’s packed with flavour and beneficial microbes.
You don’t need any experience (or any equipment!) – everything you need will be provided, including jars, organic ingredients and recipe cards. All you have to do is show up, chop, mix and enjoy the process.
You’ll learn:
- the simple science behind fermentation
- why kraut is so good for digestion and overall gut health
- how to customise flavours so you can create your own delicious versions at home
You’ll leave with your own jar of homemade sauerkraut ready to ferment on your kitchen counter, along with the confidence to keep experimenting with fermented veg in your own time.
