Kraft Mt peak, up the easy west side. We now have several ways to approach the peak, the route we take will be determined by the skill level of the group. This is a spectacular hike with almost no exposure, good for beginner rock scramblers. See the photo above for the view from the peak.
Class 3, three miles, 1,200' elevation gain. The pace will be slow-to-moderate and we'll take leisurely breaks as needed. This is a strenuous hike.
12 hikers maximum. Sorry, no dogs, no guests, no children.
We park and meet at the east end of Kraft Mt parking lot, right inside the entrance. That way, when we leave and the lot is crowded, it's easy to get out. Don't go by the GPS coordinates, look up Kraft Mt parking lot on google.
Plan to arrive 10 minutes early so we're all ready to begin at 8am.
Everyone will be asked to sign our liability release, one time only. I'll bring paper copies of the release to the hike.

EDIT: I don't know why Facebook says Blue Diamond at the bottom of this page. We meet at Kraft Mt parking lot in Calico Basin. If you have never been there, be sure of the location before the day of the hike.
