It's so hard to fit in everything I want to do in a one hour class when we have such a fun theme.
That's why I am so excited for the 2 hour KPOP Demon Hunter Class. While we are still going to learn yoga, dance, and meditate, we get to extend our time into stations where we can incorporate hands on sensory learning.
KPOP Demon Hunters has so many lessons to dig into. Come join me while we dig into some of these lessons in a fun and powerful way!
You can drop off your child and finish your Christmas lists or go have yourself a solitary coffee recharge moment... or stay and have some yoga fun with us! Whatever you choose it's gonna be GOLDEN.
