Star Drop Workshop with Flossie

In this deep dive into all things Star Drop we'll be working on the elements that allow us to drop from a Star on the Bar into a Hocks Hang.
From tailored conditioning and developing your security in back balance shapes to exploring some other drops before moving on to conquering the all important Star Drop.
This workshop is suitable for those who have attempted this move before and want to get closer to achieving it without a spot, as well as those that are new to it and want to start adding it to their arsenal.

Pre-reqs: A confident hands free Star on the Bar, Experience with some hoop drops and dynamics, A little bit of bravery!
