Making your own homemade sausage is not as hard as you may think. With the hunting season approaching many people would like to use delicious meat to make their own sausage. What better way to kick it off than cooking up fresh, homemade sausage with your game meat. From selecting fresh meat and grinding to choosing and stuffing the casings. I will teach you everything you need to know to create your own delicious sausages. It’s not as difficult – or as messy – as you may think! COme out and learn how to use pork or venison in making your sausage. Make some KUBBIE that baba and dido would be proud of. Take it home to bake in your oven or smoke it in your smoker.
