KORMA – Indian classic vegetables in yoghurt and nuts sauce

Nourish Lab London is a plant based South London based everything food and a chef led cookery project aimed for the community, providing accessible, educational cooking workshops and classes with a community get together social element.

The idea behind it is to connect the community and teach people to cook with more plants, by introducing simple and flavourful wholefoods recipes. Importance of cooking from scratch, zero waste cooking skills, eating with seasons , demistifying whole foods and food budgeting.

This series of cookery workshops is being held at The Platform Cafe, a community cafe and space in Loughborough Junction, London.

All of the workshops are suitable for total begginers and adults over 18 years of age .

All of the food preparation is done individually and cooking is done in pairs in a coomunity cafe and therefore suitable for everyone who does not mind smaller cooking space.

For these beginner-friendly workshops series , we ask participants to be able to follow group cooking instructions at a medium-fast pace.

Each workshop starts with a health and safety introduction, followed by food preparation, cooking, cleaning up, and eating together. You will leave the workshop with a digital recipe card and having learned how to cook a particular recipe.

Our workshops have a social element and are great for people attending solo.
