Konekt In Rhythm is an immersive live music experience that brings together: DJ culture and live orchestral performance in a bold and genre-defying collaboration. Taking place at Arts Court – Black Box Studio in Ottawa, this unique event features XANNIE performing alongside seven live musicians, creating a dynamic musical dialogue. Throughout the night, you will experience a carefully curated set blending deep grooves, jazz improvisation, and classical orchestral arrangements written by saxophonist Lisa Yacé.As both the headlining performer and curator, Xannie will guide the audience through a musical journey. For this edition, she will be merging afro-electronic rhythms such as amapiano, 3-step, and gqom with live orchestral textures. The result is an energetic and immersive performance that explores the intersection of modern DJ culture and traditional musicianship.
