Join Andrea in her home garden for a kombucha workshop using edible weeds! 🌿
In this workshop, you will learn about what kombucha is, why we use it, and how the fermentation process works, step by step. 🍹
Handouts with info will be provided as well as some nibbles whilst we have a halfway break. You will also receive your own scoby plus kombucha inspiration. We will also explore sustainable backyard fruit-picking methods and how to harness seasonal fruit for the brew. 🍎
