About this Event
Kom Do (Kendo) is traditional Samurai sword training, practiced with wooden (Kom Do Muk) or bamboo training swords (Kom Do Chae) in a fun & safe environment. It teaches teens to stay calm, listen, and execute under pressure. Kom Do weapon sparring dramatically improves ones sparring capabilities over empty hand training alone.
The ultimate skill of the Samurai Sword is for the practitioner's body, mind and the sword - all to move together as one!
