Keeping with tradition, this event will utilize a waitstaff, or as they’re referred to in the Brauhauses of Cologne, “Köbes.”
Here’s how it works:
Start a tab at the bar and let us know you're participating in Kölsch Night! Grab your first $4 pour, then find a seat in the taproom or on the patio. After that just sit back and relax!
Once your glass is empty another Kölsch is simply brought to you by Köbes. Each time you get one, a notch goes on your coaster. Repeat as desired.
A soft pretzel with cheese & mustard will arrive after your first beer or two. Once you've had your fill, put the coaster on top of your empty glass and your tab will be brought to you.
