Order a beer in any bar or brauhause in Cologne, Germany and you'll be served just one type of beer... KOLSCH!Not only is the beer in Cologne unique, but it's also served in a unique way.
Kolsch is served in a 7oz cylindrical glass called a Stange, and there's no need to ask for refills. As you're nearing the bottom of you glass, your server will quickly deliver a new one to you.
