Please join us for refreshments and fellowship as we honor the lives of our Knute Nelson Hospice patients who have passed away between June 1, 2022 - June 30, 2023. There will be a program consisting of songs, prayers, and recognition of your loved one, followed by the releasing of 50 white doves that will bring messages to your loved ones in Heaven!
