For our August Knoxville's best real estate investor meetup we welcome @Austin Fullbright! Austin is a commercial real estate investor specializing in acquiring distressed multifamily and industrial properties and turning them into high-performing assets. Today, he runs his business in five hours a week — freeing him to spend most of his time with his wife, Jamie, and their two children, Jack and Chloe.
A University of Tennessee engineering graduate, Austin spent 11 years with a Fortune 500 manufacturing company before realizing that even a successful corporate career meant trading time for money. Over the next few years, Austin built a commercial real estate portfolio generating six figures a month in revenue, primarily through sourcing off-market multifamily and industrial deals using creative financing. Two years ago, he bet on himself: liquidated his retirement accounts, left the corporate track, and went full-time into real estate.
Austin is passionate about helping others think differently about wealth — how to find off-market deals, structure creative financing, and build real financial freedom through commercial real estate.
