Our November meetup will feature Chris Rood.Chris Rood is a 44 year old Serial Entrepreneur,Real Estate Investor, and developer who has scaled several 7 Figure businesses since his early twenties and thirties and exited his mechanic and quick lube shops in his mid thirties and then pursued real estate investing full time!
Chris philosophy on “Fast, Medium & Slow Money” Strategies that he coined teaches a diversified investment approach: “Fast money”wholesaling, small business quick-return deals, “Medium Money” medium-term projects (like flips), small developments, and long-term wealth “Slow money” via rentals and large developments.
He owns over 45 million dollars in Real estate that mostly consists of 19 Mobile Home Parks, single family, and 12 Short Term Vacation rentals in high end destinations on the beach and other high end areas across the Southern U.S.
He is also a residential and commercial developer who builds new neighborhoods and commercial assets. He also owns multiple Mobile Home Dealership across the country “Allies Wholesale Depot” in the south that he wholesales mobile homes to investors and himself for the Land Home Package and for their mobile home park infields!
He also owns other businesses including a Junk Removal business, HVAC company, septic tank company, lead flow business that generates off market leads for investors, and a multi 7 Figure wholesale and flipping operation with his wife "Big Momma Rood" and Partners “Allies” across the country!
He also runs a mastermind called Allies Mastermind where he has coached over 1,000 students to help them become full time investors!
Patti and Chris are High School Sweethearts and have been married to for 24 years and together for 26 years! They have five children together!
