Learn from Kinetic Sports why strength &conditioning for your running health is important, and exercises that will help you enjoy running!
Welcome to our series, Knowledge Nights. These events are all about sharing our expertise alongside advice from guest speakers and partners, to give you the tools you need to tackle your next adventure.
For this session, we’re focusing on trail running. We’ve teamed up with Kinetic Sports, to look at how strength and conditioning (S & C) can improve your running performance.
Ash Tuck, head coach and founder of Kinetic Sports, and Emma Howe - S & C coach and physiotherapist will lead the evening. They will test your single-leg control, ankle range of movement, and balance with a laser beam game. They will also cover the core principles of strength training for runners, alongside the fundamental movements that shouldn't be missed in your training.
Whether you’re looking to add strength and conditioning into your training programme for the first time or after some expert advice to enhance your running performance, this is the event for you.
