Join us for Know Your Health Day—a free, family-friendly event dedicated to helping you prioritize your physical and mental well-being! Whether you're looking to relax, move your body, learn something new, or just have fun with the family, there's something here for everyone!

• On-site Wayne Health Mobile Unit offering free health screenings 
• Free health resources and information
• Gift Card Raffle
• Family-friendly games to keep the fun going
• FREE food while supplies last!

The Wayne Health Mobile Unit will offer these services for free:

• Blood Pressure Screening
• General Health Screenings: Diabetes, Cholesterol, Kidney Function
• Standard Influenza Vaccine (5+); Moderna COVID-19 vaccination (12+) *Subject to availability. We bill health insurance for vaccines. There is no cost to an individual who does not have insurance coverage.
• Appointments not required
• Parental/Guardian authorization is required for any individuals under the age of 18 for all services outside of HIV Screening (13 years and up).

Other Services that may be available:

1. HIV testing (13+ years old, results within 20 minutes)
2. Linkage to care and community resources
