As we enter a new calendar year, why not resolve to take the opportunity to get to know yourself on a deeper level and experience your most optimal year ever?! Join Alexander and Kari at our 2 day workshop where we will share how to utilize your very own unique Human Design chart and the Destiny Cards astrological systems as well as learn to optimally manage your subtle energy field for more conscious self awareness, managing empathic natures + over-all wellness for yourself and all of your interpersonal relationships.
This will be an interactive workshop with instruction and hands-on practices.
Some topics we will cover are:
Your Human Design Chart (subtle energy make-up)
Your Destiny Card System (personality + higher self-based on Egyptian numerology)
Understanding Frequencies and the effects on your wellness
Qi practices
Utilizing Tools for listening to your “higher self”
Energetic hygiene practices
Chakra clearing practices
Sounds for self healing
