The Rules on Administrative Cases in the Civil Service covers all rank and file, permanent and casual government employees except for presidential appointees and elected officials.
This two-session webinar is designed to empower the citizenry and to provide the disciplining authorities in government with the tools and weapons in dealing with situations that calls for the filing of administrative cases against erring and abusive public servants.
Knowing these rules are also helpful to those who need to defend themselves against unfair complaints and accusations. ATTEND!

COURSE DIRECTOR & LECTURER:
ATTY. ALMA FLORES-FORONDA
She is the incumbent Director IV of the Office for Legal Affairs, Civil Service Commission (CSC).
She has been with the legal service of the CSC in various capacities starting in 1997 to 2002, and from December 2012 to the present.
In between those stints, she was the Assistant Regional Director of the Civil Service Commission National Capital Region (CSC NCR).
She was involved in the crafting of the 2017 RACCS and is an active resource person on Administrative Discipline, Republic Act No. 6713, 2017 Omnibus Rules on Appointments and Other Human Resource Action, CSC Anti-Sexual Harassment Rules, among others.
Atty. Foronda graduated from the University of the Philippines, College of Law in 1991 and has a master’s degree specializing in policy studies from the UP National College for Public Administration and Governance.

CGBP is an accredited training provider of the DILG-Local Government Academy, Governance Commission for GOCCs, and Civil Service Commission.
Government funds to be used in this training program will not be covered by Philippine Procurement Law or RA 9184 based on its Revised IRR’s Section 4.5-b which classifies training and seminars as non-procurement activities.
DBM circular 563 issued on April 22, 2016 also exempts public officials and government employees from the Php 2,000-limit per day on training fees.
