What is Know-la?

Its very name is a clever nod to the event's iconic home in New Orleans, often referred to as "NOLA." Additionally, the term "know" symbolizes the event’s commitment to raising awareness. Know-la stands at the forefront of a groundbreaking movement, representing a transformative experience that transcends traditional events. More than just an event, Know-la is a platform designed to authentically engage with Black women during Essence Festival, with a focus on positive sexual health, self-care, and wellness.
