Friendly sparring under knock-down karate kyokushin rules. Open to all Martial Artist interested in gaining new experiences and help each other develop.
Participation must be submitted and approved prior to the event!
Free Event!
- Minimum age: 9
- Full sparring gear mandatory: shinguards and mma gloves (kids under 16 must wear helmet also)
- Karate gi not required, but ok to wear if preferred.
- Not a formal class. The timer will be on for 2 minutes rounds for 2 hours.
- Participants can enter and exit the sparring session any time.
- The sparring partners must mutually agree for the round.
- All levels welcome! Beginners, intermediate and advance.
This is not a competitions!
Big Egos are not Welcome!
