Knitting for Beginners

This is an informal class for beginner/newer knitters.You will learn:The basic knit stitch
How to get started by casting on stitches
How to finish it off (binding off)
At the end you will have small coaster sized square, and you will be able to knit simple scarves, afghans, and washcloths.Yarn and needles are included in the price of the class. During class we will talk about what project you would like to do next to apply your new skill, and what materials will be required.
