Knitting & Mat Pilates Social

Hi friends! 🧶✨

My friend Lulla and I (Céline) are so excited to be hosting another Knitting & Mat Pilates Social at Wellness 360.

Join us for a relaxed afternoon designed to help you unwind, move your body, get creative and make new knitty friends. We’ll begin with a gentle 45 minute, all-levels Pilates class to stretch and strengthen, followed by a cozy knitting hangout where you can chat, create, connect and have some refreshments.

Whether you're a total beginner or experienced in Pilates or knitting, you’re very welcome ❤️

• Time: 2:30 - 5:00 pm (doors open at 2:15pm)

• Closest stations: Latimer Road, Shepherd's Bush and White City
• Limited capacity

Please bring your own knitting tools and project <3

What to wear:

Wear comfortable clothing you can move freely in. You can do pilates barefoot or with grip socks.

About Lulla

Lulla has recently returned from a stint in Australia where she qualified as a mat pilates trainer (with Exercise & Sports Science Australia). Her pilates teaching style is inspired by classical pilates, with a focus on function and flow. Her classes are dynamic but accessible, designed to energise and build mobility and physical endurance.
