Blanket Squares Summer Classes #2Sundays from 11am-1pm at Casting On.
Each class will feature a different Blanket Square from the Kniterati Afghan pattern.
Each blanket square worked will measure 10” x 10” and if blankets aren’t your thing, they can be used as dishcloths instead.
Each date listed is an individual class that will focus on just one blanket square pattern.
Each square offers different skills, but they all use the same type of yarn and end up the same size.
9 classes are planned for this project over the course of the summer....all 9 squares can be sewn together for a baby blanket, or you can continue on independently to make all 30 squares that the entire afghan pattern offers.
The patterns can be purchased individually, one Block at a time $1ea, or the entire blanket pattern $5, can be purchased which includes all 30 Block patterns.

Class #2: 6/11, Sunday from 11am-1pm Block 5, by Susan B. Anderson
Learn a beautiful lace pattern. Learn to read charts. Learn new yarn over and decrease techniques.
Class #2 Materials:
-Block 5 pattern must be purchased and downloaded from Ravelry
-Cascade Yarns® 220 Superwash® 100% Superwash Wool, 1 skein
-US 7 (4.5 mm) knitting needles, Or size needed for gauge
-Stitch Markers
-Yarn needle
