Join Nibblins co-owner Blair Dolinar for an engaging class that highlights the importance of proper knife skills in the kitchen. Whether you're a seasoned home cook or just starting out, you'll benefit from this hands-on class covering essential techniques for slicing, dicing, mincing, and chopping.Blair will begin with a detailed demonstration, followed by practical instruction as you learn how to safely and efficiently cut fruits, vegetables, garlic, and herbs. You’ll also have the opportunity to try out different knife brands to see which ones feel best in your hand.
The class will also cover tips on selecting, purchasing, and caring for your knives to keep them in top condition.
