We’re hosting a Knife Defence Workshop focused on awareness, avoidance, and practical self-defence principles. This session will cover realistic scenarios and strategies to help you stay safe and respond effectively under pressure.

This is a great opportunity to build confidence, learn valuable safety skills, and train alongside members from across our academies.
