Open HouseKalamazoo Model Railroad Historical Society will have its Semi-Annual Open House with Santa. The event runs from noon until 4:00 pm at the KMRHS Clubhouse at 9336 N. Riverview Drive in Parchment. This will be a great time to see the latest progress on the large, double deck HO Scale model railroad now nearing completion. See the layout in full motion, there will be many trains running on our mainline! Some of our railroad artifacts will be on display such as the switch board from BO tower. Refreshments are provided, so stop by and see what your local model railroaders have been working on!
Santa Claus will be taking time out of his very busy schedule to visit us. Santa will be in our 1917 wooden caboose to get children’s Christmas lists! Bring your camera for photos. There will also be a 4x8 foot layout that will be available for children to run trains.
The Cooper Grain’s kit cars will be available for sale.
Admission to this event is FREE!
