Epping Forest 50KM
Starting and finishing on Wanstead Flats, runners complete a beautiful loop heading north through East London’s parks, greenways, and the full length of Epping Forest before returning to the start.

Epping EcoTrail 25KM
Starting at Bell Common, this point-to-point route follows the northern half of the 50KM course through Epping Forest and greenways, finishing at Wanstead Flats.
