Cabaneco kommer hele veien fra Brasil og skal bringe de hete afro brasilianske vibbene med et DJ-set på Landmark 1 august. I løpet av kvelden skal det være danseopptreden fra lokale dansere.
Født i Guiné-Bissau og vokst opp i Brasil, Nicolas Cabaneco, er en tverrfaglig artist som veksler mellom musikk og mote. Han er gründeren av klubbkonseptet AFROGROOVE som ble opprettet i São Paolo med fokus på afro og afro-diasporiske lyder der det blir spilt alt fra amapiano, afro house, kuduro, gqom, afrobeats og baile funk. Samtidig var AFROGROOVE en fundamental brikke i produksjonen av Tyla sin “Shake Ah” musikkvideo. Cabaneco samarbeider jevnlig med Everyday People på Brazil utgavene av det internasjonale konseptet, og tidligere spilt på Red Bull Dance Your Style og Sarará festival.

Cabaneco is coming all the way from Brasil and is bringing the afro brazilian heat with a DJ-set at Landmark on 1st of August.
Born in Guiné-Bissau and raised in Brasil, Nicolas Cabaneco, is a multidisciplinary artist that changes between music and fashion. He is the founder of the club concert AFROGROOVE in São Paolo with focus on afro and afro-diasporic sounds where you will hear amapiano, afro house, kuduro, gqom, afrobeats and baile funk. AFROGROOVE was also a fundamental piece in the production of Tyla’s “Shake Ah” music video. Cabaneco regularly collaborates with Everyday People on the Brazil editions of the international concept, and previously played at Red Bull Dance Your Style and Sarará festival.

The Klubb Diaspora's club nights are a part of Miss Tati's project Sons de Angola a celebration og angolan music- and cultural heritage from a diasporaen-perspective. Funded by Arts and Culture Norway and Bergen Dansesenter center for dance in Vestland.
