Join Shtetl Berlin's annual Klezmer Picnic on July 12.

Before the jam, herbalist and plant-philosopher Shelley Etkin will lead a free workshop combining a hands-on herbal remedy project with discussion about the traditional use of plants as protection, and how these practices weave into diasporist and post-vernacular cultures.
Workshop at 13:00
Klezmer jam + picnic (aka Kleznic) from 15:00.
Bring food and drink to share! All are welcome. Donations are warmly welcome and support our free community programming.

Vor dem Jam leitet Kräuterkundlerin und Pflanzenphilosophin Shelley Etkin einen kostenlosen Workshop, der ein praktisches Kräutermittel-Projekt mit einer Diskussion über die traditionelle Verwendung von Pflanzen als Schutz verbindet und wie diese Praktiken in diasporaische und post-vernäkulare Kulturen einfließen.

Klezmer Jam + Picknick (auch Kleznic genannt) ab 15:00 Uhr.
