Klei Café

Come make something in our Klei Café in Eindhoven!

At Klei Café you can fully indulge yourself in clay with a nice drink and good company. Beginner or expert, everyone is welcome to join us. Do you want to make an ashtray or a complete 26-piece dinner service? We will assist you with advice, tips and inspiration. Together with your grandmother or on your own, everyone is welcome!

How does it work?

1 Clay : You make something from clay. We let it dry and fire your work in our special kiln.

2 Glaze: You come back at a next edition of Klei Café to glaze. Then we'll fire your work for you.

3 Pick up: You come back at a next edition of Klei Café to pick up your fully finished object. (When you come to glaze at your second visit, you can start a new clay project without paying entrance fees)

Upon arrival you will be checked in and provided with our 10 sacred clay or glazing tips to read yourself. You will receive a brief explanation and we'll help to start your project. Then you get to work yourself.

We have a solid basic ceramics studio with (natural) clay, all kinds of clay tools, rollingpins, letter stamps, small molds for e.g. bowls and glaze in all kinds of colors etc.

There is always someone available for help and tips.

Do you have a very large clay project? Then take a look at our workshops, here we can provide you with more time and space for personal guidance, help with working out an object and possibly multiple moments to work on the same piece.
