About the Instructors:
Juan Carlos Pacheco is from Venezuela, where he originally fell in love with dancing Salsa and Casino. This evolved into a love for Semba, Tarraxha, and then Kizomba. Juan Carlos has been trained by Azembora Venezuela and Raices Y Cultura Academy and belonged to the Albir Rojas team. Around this time he had the opportunity to get certified with Mestre Petchu in Semba, Kizomba, and Tarraxha. Be prepared to learn the important roots of Authentic Kizomba, which will propel you with a solid foundation to continue dancing.
Jameon Jay Hunt discovered his love for Kizomba and Urban Kiz while residing in Europe. Having studied and trained in over 10 countries with artists such as Laurent/Adeline, Afro Latin Connection, Moun/Marta, Enah, Rico Suave, Albir/Sara, and many more his teaching style offers a look into musicality, feeling, and technicality. Be prepared for fun and substantive instruction that will leave you fulfilled and with new material to level up your social dancing.
Price: $15 for one hour, $20 for both hours at the door.
This is a workshop series so it is not included in any monthly memberships.
