Enjoy an all levels Kizomba lesson, that will give even first timers enough to dance during the party. All included with entry!
WHAT IS KIZOMBA?
Kizomba is a musical style and dance from Angola, popularized in Luanda, that has become hugely popular all over the country and across the globe! The word Kizomba means party/celebration in Kimbundu (a Bantu language in Angola). The music of Kizomba and its predecessor Semba music are about everyday life; love, loss, celebrations and even was a tool for liberation! Kizomba/Semba dancing is an intuitive and fun social dance for all ages and mobility.
FUN FACT:
Kizomba/Semba may be an Angolan-African partner dance but you will be surprised with many of its connections to Latin and Caribbean music and movement!
