Class description:
Kizomba is a partner dance originating in Angola, Africa. Kizomba is known for its smooth, flowing movements and close partner connection, making it a unique and intimate dance experience. Kizomba means “party” in Kimbundu and is danced with family and friends in a social setting. This class will focus on the foundational steps, the basic rhythm, body posture, connection, leading and following techniques - emphasizing communication and connection.
