Come join us at The Salvation Army Prospect Corps and Fogo de Chão for a day filled with fun, fellowship, and community. This in-person event is a great opportunity to connect with others in the Mo-Ark Division 4 community. Whether you're a long-time member or new to the area, all are welcome to attend!

Info: Join us in developing our working agreement and sharing contact information.

Info: We'll rapidly share challenges and expectations while building new connections (20 min.) Learn to tap a deep well of curiosity and talent by helping a group focus on problems they want to solve. Consider the following questions in the context of your group: What excites you? What frustrates you? What are the greatest challenges? What are the greatest tensions? What are we scared of right now?

Info: 2024-25 Kiwanis International President shares about the Signature Project founded by the Kiwanis Club of Kuala Lumpur. Since it's founding in 1989, The KDFS National Centre has educated more than 2000 children with Down Syndrome.

Info: Practice deeper listening and empathy with colleagues (35 min.) Many situations do not have immediate answers or clear solutions. Recognizing these situations and responding with empathy can improve the “cultural climate” and build trust among group members.

Info: We'll participate in a short practice of gentle movements helping us to improve focus, balance and relaxation. Please consult your physician before performing any physical activities.

Info: We'll explore stereotypes found in meetings and discover the power behind VMCL (Vision, Mission, Capacity and Learning).

Info: Engage everyone simultaneously in generating questions, ideas, and suggestions (12 min.) Using a simple, but elegant approach, we'll experience what it's like to generate better ideas and more of them faster than ever before without the boring meetings and stereotypical personalities.

Info: Rapidly generate and sift a group’s most powerful actionable ideas (30 min.) Through a fun, fast, and casual approach we'll generate an uncensored set of bold ideas and use the wisdom of the group to identify our top ten priorities. Surprises are frequent!

Info: We'll install the 2025-26 Mo-Ark Division 4 Officers and Club Officers of the various clubs of Division 4 requesting their installation at our gathering.

Info: We'll examine the 3 pillars of tension facing Kiwanis based on our interactions.

Info: Discover and focus on what each person has the freedom and resources to do now (20 min.) You can reveal the actions, however small, that everyone can do immediately. These will create momentum, and may make a BIG difference. There is no reason to wait around, feel powerless, or fearful.
