Join Pet Helpers on Saturday, June 20th at 1:00 PM for Kitten Yoga at Everybody Yoga & Fitness on Johns Island—an afternoon where mindfulness meets mischief and every yoga pose comes with the possibility of a furry interruption.
Sure, there’s yoga. But let’s be honest—you’re really here for the kittens.
As you move through a gentle, beginner-friendly yoga flow, you’ll be joined by some of Pet Helpers’ tiniest residents. These playful bundles of energy will be free to explore the room, investigate yoga mats, climb into laps, chase imaginary foes, and occasionally offer their expert assistance with your poses. Don’t be surprised if your carefully planned workout is interrupted by a kitten deciding your back is the perfect perch or your yoga mat is the ideal spot for an afternoon nap.
Unlike traditional yoga classes, there is absolutely no pressure to perfect your poses. In fact, stopping to cuddle a kitten is highly encouraged.
