Join us for a relaxing and joy-filled Kitten Yoga session on Saturday, May 9, from 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM at the Antietam Valley Rec & Community Center!
Hosted by Friends of the ARL and guided by Yoga Instructor and Occupational Therapist Liz Bentz of OTherapYoga @Elizabeth Kocher-Bentz (https://www.facebook.com/elizabeth.kocher.bentz), this beginner-friendly class combines gentle movement, mindfulness, and plenty of kitten love. It’s the perfect way to unwind, stretch, and spend time with adorable kittens!

Tickets: $15 (Max 45 attendees!)
