Enjoy an hour of easy flow yoga with KITTENS! Adoptable kittens will join in the fun and add the extra shot of dopamine we all need right now. Kate Hildyard, owner of BodyTalk Health will expertly guide us (while we aren't distracted) through the class. Open to ages 10 and up.
$30 per person.
Proceeds to benefit Piedmont Animal Rescue.
Pet food, litter and supplies donations are eagerly welcomed.
