Our adorable furry companions will enhance your mobility journey as you engage in a dynamic fitness class, designed to boost your core strength, improve flexibility, and support joint and connective tissue health. Embrace the purr-fect blend of fitness and feline fun in this unique class. 2 1-hr classes offered @ 1pm & 2:30pm.
