Where: Robert V. Ostler Park
Cost: 100% FREE! (Free kites available while supplies last!)

This year, we are proud to share the park with the Vancouver Island Down Syndrome Society (joining from 10:30 AM – 2:00 PM) to help raise awareness and support their wonderful cause.
