Kitchen Knife Making - Santoku knife

Join us in our basic knife making class. This is a beginner friendly class where we will walk you through all the steps of making your very own beautiful kitchen Santoku knife with a custom hand-shaped wooden handle. We will walk you through the steps in this class to ensure you line up your wood orientation, properly glue the pieces together, and then slowly shape the wood to comfortably fit in your hand while you use it to cut fruits and vegetables in your kitchen. The Santoku knife is a traditional japanese multi purpose knife good for mincing, slicing, chopping, and dicing. It has a rounded blade along its length making it great for repeat cuts.
