Kitchen Knife Making - Filet knife

Join us in our basic knife making class. This is a beginner friendly class where we will walk you through all the steps of making your very own beautiful kitchen Filet knife with a custom hand-shaped wooden handle. We will walk you through the steps in this class to ensure you line up your wood orientation, properly glue the pieces together, and then slowly shape the wood to comfortably fit in your hand while you use it to cut fruits and vegetables in your kitchen. The Filet knife is your go to knife for when you need to trim fat, cut long strips of meat or fish, or carve a turkey.
