Kitchen + Bath Month Designer Tablescape Competition Registration Form
About this Event
The NKBA Texas North Plains' Annual October Kitchen + Bath Month event held at Sub-Zero, Wolf & Cove will include our annual Tablescape Competiton. You are invited to participate free of charge!
Kitchen + Bath Month Event (includes tablescapes):
Wednesday, October 21st, 2026 5:00 - 8:00 p.m.
Tablescapes Set-up:
Tuesday, October 20th, 2026 2:00 - 4:00 p.m.
Every participant is required to set-up their table the day before the event between 2:00 - 4:00 p.m. Set-up MUST be ENTIRELY COMPETE with the 2 hour timeframe.
To participate, provide a table setting with a theme for any special event. The table designs are for show only. Provide decorative items that will be on the table as a part of the display. All items should fit the table constraints with no extraneous displays exceeding 72" a.f.f.
The Sub-Zero, Wolf and Cove showroom prohibits the use of ladders for set up, open flames and adding seating around your table.
On the evening of the 21st, you will be stationed by your table to discuss your design, inspiration, and materials used in the display as industry members tour the showroom and vote on their favorite table.
Our photographer will also photograph you with your table. Again, the tablescapes will not be used for actual eating purposes – display only. Thank you in advance for your participation!
We will provide:
- Table size: 53.3" diameter x 30" height, table setting for 4-6.
- Table drape 10" round: select black or white or providing my own table drape in registration options
SET UP DATE & TIME:
October 20th, 2026 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Please be ready to meet industry member voters by 5:30 PM October 21st. Please be aware that items used in Tablescapes are on display and the showroom will continue to facilitate guests. Items used on your Tablescapes may be broken accidentally. Please know that while every effort is made to assure this does not happen, it is a possible reality due to the nature of the event. The NKBA and Sub‐Zero, Wolf and Cove will not be responsible for breakage. Note: You are asked to remain with your display throughout the evening presentation until the awards and evening portion of the event starts downstairs (the start time of the awards and evening portion typically begins between 6:45 – 7:00 PM).
TEAR DOWN DATE & TIME: October 21st, 2026 between 8:00 PM – 8:30 PM
DEADLINE FOR REGISTERING: OCTOBER 14TH, 2026
Trophy is awarded to the winner.
