Important Event Terms & Conditions

• 16+ years event.
• Show is in Hindi Language.
• Seats are unallocated and will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis. To be seated together with family or friends, please arrive together. We cannot guarantee group seating for late arrivals or separate entries.
• Child Seat needs to be bought Separately, It will be parent’s responsibility of looking after their Child.
• Tickets CAN NOT be swapped between two shows.
• Tickets are non-refundable – Once confirmed, ticket sales are final. Refunds, exchanges or cancellations and seat swapping are not available.
• If an event is cancelled/postponed, we will refund only the face value of the ticket and NOT the booking fee.
• Event Producers & the Venue staff reserve the right to ask any guest to leave or remove them from the venue for any reason we see as inappropriate and for a successful running of our event.
• In an event of misconduct by patron’s, Event Producers reserves the right to eviction.
• We recommend that you arrive at-least 45 minutes prior at the venue for a seamless entry.
• These terms and conditions are subject to change from time to time at the discretion of the Producers.
• Ticket prices will be changed without any prior notice.
• Gates will be closed after 40 minutes once the performance starts. No Passouts.
• Once the performance has started, single entry will not be permitted. You will be admitted once there are at least three people at the entry gate.
• Any kind of Photography or Videography is NOT Allowed. If you are found recording the show, your device will be confiscated & legal action may be taken.
