? Join us in Hyde Park for our last Kirtan in the Park of 2022! ?
Date: Sunday 11th December (weather permitting)
Time: 11am. Free vegan lunch served at 12:30pm
Location: Hyde Park North. You’ll find us on the grass in between Archibald fountain St Mary’s Cathedral.
Bring: Something comfy; your friends/kids/dog and something to sit on. ?
Group mantra chanting, known as kirtan, is a powerful practice and is a core part of the bhakti yoga tradition: the yoga of divine love. Doing kirtan together allows us to clear the mind and experience a deep sense of peace. Ultimately, kirtan is practised to re-awaken the soul’s propensity to love in connection with the Supreme. Come try it for yourself!
