We will do a call and response style of chanting and build our meditation evening from there. There is no previous experience needed for singing.
This event is held at the beautiful Macha Yoga Studio in Bray, a space close to heart and whose community I am a part of. This night is your space to discover the power of your voice and the magic of sounds within and around you. I look forward to very much being a part of your healing journey.
What do I need:
Just bring yourself in comfortable clothing and a bottle of water. If you wish, you can also bring a flask of tea, something close to your heart, a blanket, a journal, a picture.
