🕉️ mantra meditation, call & respond, lead a chant, jam along, play on an instrument, bring an instrument.
This is a family event for all ages. Doors open 4:30pm to welcome & offload instruments.

Instruments available:-
🎸 🥁 🪘 🎹 2 x harmoniums, Mrdanga Drum, kartals, shakers, guitar, shakers, symbols, djembe, flute & singing bowls 🎤

locals getting together & cultivating their vertical connection 📶 & sharing that prayer 🤲🏽 song 🎶 chant 🕉️ mantra with others.
We start with an Aum at 5pm followed by the Maha Mantra to warm everyone up, then the floor opens up for anyone to lead a mantra 🕉️ song to the divine/source 📶
Souls are welcome to try playing any instrument they have not played before, to come out of their comfort zone.
‼️ Please bring a cushion to sit on (if possible), and a hot drinks cup (which has a lid) for your herbal tea.
Feel free to bring snacks to share.

Connect through mantra meditation and collective chanting.
Inner peace ☮️ through sound vibrations, singing, clapping 👏🏾, dancing 💃 🕺
Completing the evening with an Aum at 6:30pm ish.
