Kips, ahoy!Let’s find some fun, dynamic ways to get down on our knees! We will look at the foundations of how to land some very gentle kips before moving up with some more aggressive drops.
Heels (preferably with closed toes or other toe protection) and knee pads are REQUIRED for this class for safety reasons.
This class is for polers Level 3 and up.
This class is $20 per person, and is included on all Pole Flex Passes and Unlimited Passes.
