Kinusaiga (Fabric Mosaic)

Part fabric collage, part mosaic, and one of those crafts that looks way more complicated than it actually is.
Kinusaiga is a Japanese textile art that uses small pieces of fabric tucked into grooves to create colorful, patchwork-style designs - no sewing required! Think of it like painting with fabric instead of paint.
We’ll walk you through the process from start to finish, then you’ll get to choose from our collection of fabrics and slowly piece together your own fabric mosaic. Play with color, mix patterns that probably shouldn't work together but somehow do, or keep things simple and coordinated. There’s plenty of room to make it yours.
We’ll provide everything you need, including your design, fabric, tools, and all the little bits and pieces to complete your project. No experience (or sewing skills!) necessary.
Come hang out, learn a craft you maybe didn’t know existed before today, and leave with something handmade to take home.
