Kintsugi - Fundraiser for Saprea

Join us for a mindful creative experience where we explore kintsugi — the Japanese art of repairing broken pottery with gold — as a metaphor for resilience, healing, and transformation. In this guided workshop, participants will learn the traditional techniques of kintsugi while reflecting on themes of strength through vulnerability and beauty in recovery.

All proceeds from this event will be donated to Support Saprea’s mission to end child sexual abuse and support survivors. Saprea is a U.S.-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit that exists to liberate individuals and society from child sexual abuse and its lasting impacts through education, prevention, healing resources, retreats, and community support.

By attending, you will:

• Engage in a hands-on creative practice that symbolizes resilience.
• Support evidence-based nonprofit work that empowers survivors, educates caregivers, and drives awareness to prevent abuse.
• Contribute to meaningful community impact focused on safety, healing, and hope.

No prior art experience is needed. Materials and light refreshments will be provided.
